Absolutely thrilled with our clean carpet. We wanted our carpet cleaned as our baby is starting to crawl. I wanted a company that uses green products so it's safe for kids and so happy I found this one. I was able to get an estimate (price was very fair) and set up an appointment and ask questions through email which was very nice as a busy mom. Very timely in communication, and I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Not only that it didn't take long for the cleaning and the carpet wasn't very wet afterwards .We were back on it in 2 hours. Again important if you got kids. Carpet had play-doh stuck in it, juice drops from sippy cups, and particles of food in it. It is now all gone and best part no harsh chemical smell. Expectations exceeded and very impressed. Definitely will be going through them again if we ever need another cleaning.
